1) What counts as a “qualifying purchase”?
A "Qualifying Purchase" includes the purchase of either a PlayStation®5 console, a PlayStation®5 console bundle, a PlayStation®VR2 headset and/or a PlayStation®VR2 headset bundle on direct.playstation.com between 23 August 2024 and 5 September 2024. The customer must be signed into direct.playstation.com using their account for PSN credentials and be a PS Plus member when they sign into direct.playstation.com. The offer is not available on pre-order items or refurbished PlayStation®5 consoles.
2) Why do I need to sign into my account for PlayStation Network to redeem my 12-month Netflix Premium subscription reward?
Only the account that was used to make the qualifying purchase can redeem the reward.
3) What do I need to do if I’ve just become a new PlayStation Plus member to redeem this offer?
Thanks for becoming a PS Plus member! To redeem the offer, you need to have both an account for PSN and a PS Plus membership when you sign into direct.playstation.com to make a Qualifying Purchase. Please sign into direct.playstation.com again using your PSN credentials.

No, you can choose to create a new Netflix account or use an existing Netflix account to redeem your 12-month subscription to Netflix Premium.
6) Can I redeem my 12-month Netflix premium reward more than once?
No. This offer is limited to one per PS Plus member.
7) What if I did not receive my redemption link email?
