Is my order eligible for a return?
- Items may be eligible for return with-in 30 days of shipping, however PS+ vouchers are not refundable.
- If you return an order that was placed with a promotional code, discount, or offer, you'll be refunded for the amount you paid after the discount was applied.
- Any products returned must be sent back with the original packaging and include any manuals, cables, and accessories. Damaged or destroyed items will result in a refund denied.
When will I receive a credit for my return?
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not been processed, you may be able to cancel it from the order lookup page.
- From the footer, click on Order Status
- Enter your order Number and email address you used.
- Click Submit.
- From the Order Details page
- Click on the cancel order button
- Click Yes
