CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS FAQ
1) Is my order eligible for a return?
- Items may be eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, however PS Plus and PS Now vouchers are not refundable.
- If you return an order that was placed with a promotional code, discount, or offer, you'll be refunded for the amount you paid after the discount was applied.
- Any products returned must be sent back with the original packaging and include any manuals, cables, and accessories.
2) When will I receive a credit for my return?
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 business days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
3) How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not been processed, you may be able to cancel it from the order lookup page.
From the footer, click on Order Status:
- Enter your order number, email address you used and the phone number you used for your billing details.
- Click Submit.
From the Order Details page:
- Click on the cancel order button
- Click Yes
4) How do I return an order?
From the footer, click on "Order Status":
- Enter your order number, email address you used and the phone number you used for your billing details.
- Click Submit
From the Order Details page:
- Click on the Return button
5) Can I return my pre-order after delivery?
- You may return your pre-order item within 30 days from the date it ships, as long as the item is unopened.
6) How Do I replace an Order?
From the footer, click on Order Status:
- Enter your order number, email address and phone number you used for your billing details.
- Find the order in question and click Return.
- Select the items and click on Replacement.
From the Order details page:
- Find the order in question and click Return.
- Select the items and click on Replacement.
7) When will I receive my replacement order?
- Once we receive your return, we will process the replacement within 10 business days.
- You will receive an confirmation email once the order has been shipped.
- Once shipped your item will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
