4) I performed a chargeback on my purchase. How do I repay the money to PlayStation?

If you have processed a chargeback on your purchase and now wish to reverse that chargeback, the cardholder will need to contact their financial institution to reverse the chargeback and repay the money to Playstation. The time it takes to process this can vary depending on the financial institution but you should allow 10-15 days.

6) How do I redeem a voucher code on PlayStation Direct?
