  • Check your email junk and spam folders. The email may not have made it to your inbox.
  • Look up your order status and select the order in question to view the code.

Membership Charges for PlayStation® Plus

To redeem your PlayStation Plus code, you need a PlayStation™ Network (PSN) account.  

Your subscription will automatically continue and you’ll be charged recurring fees at the then-prevailing PlayStation Store price (currently £49.99) every 12 months until you cancel; OR

Your subscription will automatically continue and you’ll be charged recurring fees at the then-prevailing PlayStation Store price (currently £19.99) every 3 months until you cancel; OR

Your subscription will automatically continue and you’ll be charged recurring fees at the then-prevailing PlayStation Store price (currently £6.99) every month until you cancel.

Charges will be deducted from your PSN wallet, and if your wallet has insufficient funds, your PSN account’s default payment method will be charged.


Membership Charges for PlayStation™Now

To redeem your PlayStation Now code, you need a PlayStation™ Network (PSN) account.  

Your subscription will automatically continue and you’ll be charged recurring fees at the then-prevailing PlayStation Store price (currently £49.99) every 12 months until you cancel; OR

Your subscription will automatically continue and you’ll be charged recurring fees at the then-prevailing PlayStation Store price (currently £22.99) every 3 months until you cancel; OR

Your subscription will automatically continue and you’ll be charged recurring fees at the then-prevailing PlayStation Store price (currently £8.99) every month until you cancel.

Charges will be deducted from your PSN wallet, and if your wallet has insufficient funds, your PSN account’s default payment method will be charged.

 

Membership Redemption Instructions

Shortly after we process your payment, you will receive a PS Plus or PS Now voucher code via email to the email address registered to your account for PSN.

 

To redeem your voucher code: 

You can only redeem PS Plus and PS Now vouchers on the PlayStation Store. Please visit the following page for instructions: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/store/redeem-ps-store-voucher-code/

Create a PSN account (or use your existing PSN account), and sign in to your account.

On a PS4™ system, select the PlayStation™ Store icon on the system home screen.  Alternatively, use an Internet browser to visit PlayStation™ Store at store.playstation.com and select “Redeem Codes” at the bottom of the menu.

Enter your PS Plus voucher code.

Select “Continue” on the dialogue box.

Select “Continue” to complete the code redemption.

On a PS5™ System, sign in to PSN, then go to [Settings] > [Users and Accounts] > [Account] > [Payment and Subscriptions], [Redeem Codes]. Enter your code and select [Redeem]. 

 

Age Requirements for PlayStation® Plus

Account for PlayStation Network required. Subscribers must be at least seven years old, and users under 18 years old require parental consent, except that subscribers in Germany must be at least 18 years old. Full terms apply:https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/legal/psnterms/.

 

Age Requirements for PlayStation™Now

Subscribers must be aged 18+ and have an account for PlayStation Network.


How To Cancel Your Membership

From a PS5™ System: 

Sign in to PSN, then go to [Settings] > [Users and Accounts] > [Account] > [Payment and Subscriptions]. After selecting the subscription you want to cancel, select [Turn Off Auto-Renew].

You can cancel your subscription at any time so that your subscription will expire at the end of your trial period or at the end of the period for which you have already paid, as applicable. This will stop future payments of subscription fees being taken, but you won’t receive a refund for payments already made. This is in addition to any purchase cancellation rights you may have under your applicable local laws.
