1) How do I redeem a discount code?

  • On your device, go to direct.playstation.com and add items to your cart.
  • Select PROMO CODE.
  • Enter the discount code.
  • Select APPLY
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

 

2) Which payment methods are accepted on direct.playstation.com?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay (Apple Pay is not an accepted payment method for pre-orders or carts that contain pre-orders)
