1) How do I redeem a discount code?

On your device, go to direct.playstation.com and add items to your cart.

Select PROMO CODE.

Enter the discount code.

Select APPLY

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.



2) Which payment methods are accepted on direct.playstation.com?

UK: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal

France: Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bancaire and PayPal



3) When will I be charged? 

 When you place your order a hold on funds equal to the purchase price will be placed on your debit/ credit card, or PayPal account. However, your debit/credit card, or PayPal account will not be charged until the products you have ordered are dispatched to you.

If an order is cancelled, you will not be charged and any hold on funds will be removed, usually within 7 days, depending on your financial institution.

 

 

4) How can I find my VAT invoice?

VAT Invoices will be available to be requested for post purchases in early 2023 (timing TBC). Please check back soon.
