1) How do I redeem a discount code?

On your device, go to direct.playstation.com and add items to your cart.

Select PROMO CODE.

Enter the discount code.

Select APPLY

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.



2) Which payment methods are accepted on direct.playstation.com?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal

 

3) How can I find my VAT invoice?

Once the payment for an order has been taken, and up to the 15th of the month following payment, you can request an invoice from the Order Details page found under the My Orders section of the direct.playstation.com website.

You will be asked to enter your residential address before submitting the request.

The invoice will then be emailed to the email address linked to your PSN account.

Please note that after the 15th of the month following payment you will no longer be able to request an invoice.
