Leasing is the flexible way to enjoy gaming on PlayStation. This service is provided by Raylo, a UK leasing company and trusted partner of PlayStation. They offer a choice of leasing options tailored to suit your needs, allowing you to play the latest games in a cost-effective manner. With leasing by PlayStation, gamers can access the latest consoles and games without the initial outlay. Instead, you benefit from the affordability and convenience of low monthly payments as well as the freedom to upgrade your gaming experience when you’re ready.
Please be aware that your lease agreement is exclusively with Raylo. All transactions, communications, and support services related to your device lease will be provided directly by Raylo. If you’ve signed up to a lease through PlayStation leasing and you have any issues with your device or your lease, you should contact Raylo for support in the first instance.

1) Do I own my device when I lease through Raylo?
No, this is a lease agreement with our partner Raylo. You will lease the device for a fixed term. You have the option to return, upgrade or you may have the option to purchase the device at the end of your lease, subject to Raylo's discretion and pricing at that time. Please check with Raylo for details.
2) Who do I contact for technical support/warranty support?
Please contact Raylo with all technical support and warranty concerns.
Every Raylo device comes with a lifetime warranty whilst you are an up to date paying Raylo customer. If your device fails (unless it is damaged by you, another person or by accident) to meet their standards during that period, they'll arrange for the device to be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

3) What if my device gets damaged or lost?

4) What if my device gets damaged or lost?
If you return your device to Raylo damaged or can't return it, they may charge you for the cost of repair as outlined by the Repair Charges set out in your agreement.

5) Can I cancel after my order?
Sure! If you have a change of heart you can cancel and return for free to Raylo within the first 14 days. After 14 days, an early cancellation charge may apply if you cancel before 18 months. Check your agreement for details.

6) Do I need to worry about wear and tear?
Don’t worry, Raylo offer a fair wear and tear policy. It’s ok to return your device with obvious signs of use such as a couple of deep scratches, small dents, discolouration or changes in the paintwork.

7) What happens when it’s time to upgrade?
At the end of your lease you can simply upgrade for free and wipe and return your old device to Raylo.
If you don’t wish to upgrade you can:
1. Keep hold of the device and continue paying monthly until you decide to return the device. Additional payments don’t contribute towards ownership.
2. Cancel your lease and return your device to Raylo. If you’re unable to return your device you’ll need to pay a non-return fee.

8) Do you run a soft search credit check?
Yes – the benefit of a soft search is there's no impact on your credit score. At Raylo, only if they say “Yes” and approve your application will a full credit search be undertaken. 10) What happens at the end of my lease?
You have a couple of options availble, you can return the device and stop payments, upgrade to the latest device or keep the device and keep paying your monthly fee.
